Small Smart Stacker has been designed as a permitted Dependant Persons Dwelling which can be built without requiring Resource consent to most areas. Designed with a bathroom, laundry and fully functioning kitcehn, this can provide a secondary dwelling to your section. 

The double story nature means that this Small Smart Space has a smaller footprint. Perfect as self contained visitor accommodation or a permanent place for family to reside. Ideally situated  with a north facing aspect, sliders give access to a small deck with separate front door access on the opposite side to allow for some living privacy.

The simplicity of the design offers a cost-effective solution and also increases efficiency of the thermal envelope. The small footprint suits tight fitting sites. Designed to be above minimum New Zealand Building Code.
