Smaller site sizes mean that double story dwellings allow more site area to become available for garden and outdoor activities, as well as ensuring some space between you and your neighbours.

This design can have a double or single garage easily added onto the side and can be used with or without garages as a duplex model, for those wanting to double the housing on a site.

This design is customisable to suit your individual and unique requirements. Parts of this design can be manufactured off site, which might offer more economy to your build. This can reduce construction waste, travel times, and reduce weather delays to your project. This is subject to your chosen prefabrication methodology.
