This home is for a young couple, intent on living the rural life and building their future and family together.

When they came to talk to me, they had an idea of what they wanted, but they also asked for and appreciated architectrural design input. The whole process has been a delight with these two. Its really been a team approach right from the start.

One aspect of this project that truly excites me is the use of Eurotech recessed window flashings, Proclaim Intello air tightness barriers. Abodo cladding all aspects making this a better preforming home. While not Passive House or Homestar rated, this home will perform above the minimum requirements of our NZBC and provide this couple with a warm, comfortable, and healthy place to raise their family.

The Architectural Design brief was for Open plan dining, kitchen with scullery and lounge with separate lounge area 3 Bedrooms with family bathroom and separate WC, Masterbedoom with Ensuite and separate laundry.
