Refunds and Returns Policy for Physical Products

All products are sold under the Consumer Guarantees Act New Zealand. 

Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description.

If a product has a minor fault, the Smart Living Spaces can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money.

But if the fault is major, it’s your choice whether you opt for a replacement or refund. A major fault means a reasonable consumer wouldn't have bought the product if they'd known about the problem.

Should there be an issue with your product, we encourage you to get in contact either by email or phone to arrange a replacement or refund of the product directly with you. We will discuss the nature of the issue, the available options for replacement, repair or return and shipping costs. Please be in contact within 7 working days of receiving the product to alert Smart Living Spaces of any issues. 

No exchanges are available on these products as they are produced on a "by order basis."
